Vinyasa Flow Yoga
(Level 1 + 2, Hatha, Vinyasa style class.) Looking to calm your mind,stretch your body, release stress, a come back to the present moment? This is your time to findpeace within yourself. Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention on the “here+ now”. This well-balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and breath. Variations and modifications are offered and encouraged. Props are recommended to support the body. Please bring your own yoga blocks, throw pillows, and throw blanket.
