Fitness Classes – Eagle River Location Only
Heart and Soul Cardio:
A group fitness class combining step aerobics, dance, strength training, kickboxing, interval training, circuit training, tabata, and balance. Each workout blends aerobics with muscle toning and stretching movements, all choreographed with easy-to-follow soul-stirring routines.
Monday & Wednesday: 5:15 – 6:15 pm with Sheri Sullivan

Who wants to increase flexibility and strength, improve posture, balance and coordination, decrease stress, and improve athletic performance and burn calories? Pilates is safe, low-impact, whole body exercise for men and women of all levels of ability. Learn to move with strength, ease, and grace.
Tuesday & Thursday 10:30 – 11:30 am with Jennifer Anderson

Walk-in rate is $5 for members and $6 for non-members. Punch cards are available for 10 classes at $40 for members and $50 for non-members.
