A group fitness class combining step aerobics, dance, strength training, kickboxing, interval training, circuit training, Tabata, and balance. Each workout blends aerobics with muscle toning and stretching movements, all choreographed with easy-to-follow soul-stirring routines.

Yoga for Every Body is for all levels and abilities, including men. This practice focuses on gentle movement sequences through yogic postures and stretches. These movements will support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body. Join us on a journey to wellness!
