Certified Personal Trainer, Matt Huebner, is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Consultant who works individually with his clients to tailor a plan for meeting their health and fitness goals. Matt is a retired professional football player whose passion is fitness, health and anti-aging. He has vast experience in various training, health, diet and supplement regimens. He has overcome 30+ injuries in his career and can assist with rehabilitation, mobilization and stabilization of past or current injuries. He will help get you back on the field, court, diamond or golf course or just help you maintain a better quality of life!
Sandra is an AFFA Certified Personal Trainer. She has been training full time since 2010. Her highly motivating and energetic personality compliment her many skill sets which include Training and/or certifications in TRX Suspension, Gravity Pole Fitness, Aircat Aerial Yoga, and Liquid Motion. She holds an AHA CPR AED certification, as well as she is PN1, Precision Nutrition certified. Sandra uses a wide variety of exercise techniques incorporating strength training with mobility and resistance to challenge her clients and help them achieve their fitness goals.
Sandra’s in-depth knowledge , as well as proper exercise technique as it relates to free weights, weight machines, and cardiovascular endurance. She will work with her clients to improve their endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance.
Sheri Gaber CPT, CAFS
For years, motivating and inspiring people to feel well, feel good about themselves, and lead their best lives has been Sheri’s priority. She loves sharing her knowledge of health, nutrition, and fitness with people looking for guidance. She has worked with many different ages, experience levels, and goals. She listens to her clients and starts at a level they are comfortable with while encouragaing them to push themselves further than they thought they could go.
She has achieved health and fitness goals she never thought possible and has learned she is capable of more than she ever imagined. After having 3 children she has lost as much at 75 pounds. With each child she gained weight and had to take it off again. She knows that it is a struggle and a journey and it doesn’t happen overnight. This experience makes her even more passionate about helping others reach their goals; showing them that they, too, are capable of more than they think they are and, in turn, helping them feel good physically, mentally, and emotionally. Sheri is a certified personal trainer through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) and is certificed in Applied Functional Science (AFS) and Precision Nutrition certified. She especially loves teaching people the benefits and techniques of weight training. She can help you get your nutrition on track and provide support in choosing foods and learning portion sizes.
